BEESWAX CANDLES

Candle orders ship for a flat rate of $8, with free shipping offered on US orders over $75.
Parcels are dropped in the ail twice per week using primarily USPS. At this time, candles are only shipping throughout the continental US.

Candles are not eligible for return. If there is an issue of damage or concern with your order, please contact alyssa@rinu.earth for replacement or remedy.

For the Light Post Wax Recycling Program, customers are sent a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of purchase to be used to send their beeswax remnants in the mail. We recommend using the label within 1-2 days to be safe, as labels do expire. Once we receive your wax, your reformed candle(s) will usually be placed in the mail within a business week. RINU is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, but we will provide updates so you know when your renewed light is on the way.

METAPHYSICAL GUIDANCE 

If for any reason Alyssa is unable to provide a full-service reading, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Otherwise, readings are nonrefundable once completed as the energy and time have already taken form. All personal readings begin with a connection call, with the final product delivered to your provided email in the 7-10 days following.
