Candles are not eligible for return. If there is an issue of damage or concern with your order, please contact alyssa@rinu.earth for replacement or remedy.

For the Light Post Wax Recycling Program, customers are sent a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of purchase to be used to send their beeswax remnants in the mail. We recommend using the label within 1-2 days to be safe, as labels do expire. Once we receive your wax, your reformed candle(s) will usually be placed in the mail within a business week. RINU is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, but we will provide updates so you know when your renewed light is on the way.

If for any reason Alyssa is unable to provide a service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Beyond this circumstance, readings are nonrefundable once completed, as the energy and time has already taken form.

All personal readings and guidance sessions are conducted from a distance, depending on the medium of customer choice, and are delivered via the email provided at checkout if not done live. Upon submitting an inquiry, you will receive scheduling/time frame details and links to payment. All delivered files for personal readings are yours to keep and can be downloaded to revisit at any time.The nature of metaphysical work acknowledges the belief that healing can be supported through intuitive means.
