Candle orders ship for a flat rate of $8, with free shipping on US orders over $75. Parcels are sent via USPS, dropped in the post twice per week. At this time, candles are only shipping within the continental United States.

Candle subscriptions ship once per month, based on the week you place your first order. Your subscription will renew and ship on the same cycle each month. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, your candles will ship around the 10th of each following month. Members can cancel their subscription anytime through their customer account or by emailing Alyssa directly.

Through your purchase, you affirm that you have provided a correct, secure mailing address and email at the time of checkout. Rinu is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels once shipped, but we will always do our best to assist in locating packages that have lost their way. In cases where a shipment is marked as "delivered," responsibility rests with the customer.

Energy Readings.

Personal readings are delivered to you via email as a video file and include the option to book a complimentary call with Alyssa within 30 days of delivery. If the listing is available to purchase, the typical delivery window of your reading is 1 to 2 weeks from purchase, excluding weekends. All delivered files are yours to keep and can be downloaded for you to revisit in the future.

If for any reason Alyssa cannot provide a service, a full refund will be administered to the original payment method. Beyond this circumstance, readings are nonrefundable as the energy and time has already taken form.

The nature of metaphysical work entertains the belief that healing can be found and facilitated through intuitive means. This service is not a substitute for professional medical advice or counsel. Through your booking, you as the customer take full responsibility for all choices made and actions taken following this service.
